About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant – Recruitment to support our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will help drive the end-to-end hiring process—from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires—ensuring an efficient and positive experience for applicants and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Job Posting
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Create and manage job postings across recruitment platforms and internal channels, ensuring job descriptions are accurate, clear, and engaging.
- Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate data, interview notes, and hiring progress.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and other recruitment-related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials, setting up employee accounts, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Contribute to employer branding by helping create recruitment marketing materials, job ads, and social media content.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, and activity summaries to support data-driven decisions.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including candidate communication, meeting scheduling, and organizing job fairs or recruitment events.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in recruitment or HR support (internships or assistant roles are an advantage).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with ATS or HR software
- Attributes: Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
