The Accounting Assistant is responsible for preparing filing and payment schedule of government deductions, assisting in releasing of check payment to Suppliers and Treasury's banking needs to provide full support and assistance to the needs of the department.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare filing and payment schedule of government deductions based on TKS payroll journal and management journal, Tax Deductions for employees without bank accounts and Tax refund per AP entries to update excel template for online platform uploading and updating of government requirements.

  • Assist in the releasing of Check payment by receiving and signing the Voucher to pay the Suppliers within a reasonable extended length of time.
  • Assist the treasury with banking needs by running errands such as but not limited to bills payment, bank transactions, and pick up documents to ensure smooth operations in cashier department.
  • File the paperworks by archiving and organizing in the appropriate area to maintain and keep the accounting records for easy reference.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least a college graduate
  • One (1) to Three years (3) of accounting experience is preferred
  • Preferably with training in Microsoft Office Excel Application

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
