Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the fixed asset ledger, ensuring proper reconciliation with the general ledger.

Prepare and file relevant tax returns, such as VAT, withholding tax, fringe benefit tax, and corporate income tax, in line with local regulations.

Tax:

  • Prepare and file tax returns (corporate and/or individual)
  • Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws
  • Calculate tax liabilities and deferred taxes
  • Assist in tax planning strategies
  • Respond to tax authority inquiries or audits

Assets:

  • Maintain fixed asset register
  • Calculate and record depreciation
  • Reconcile asset accounts monthly
  • Coordinate asset tagging and physical counts
  • Assist in asset disposal and impairment evaluations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
