About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our growing team at LA Bella Lifestyle Properties Inc in our Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City office. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting our accounting operations and contributing to the overall financial management of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and journal entries
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and reconciliations
  3. Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
  4. Provide administrative support to the accounting team, such as filing, data entry, and customer service
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate completion of accounting tasks
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounting department

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the real estate industry
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and software (e.g. XERO,Quickbooks , Excel)
  3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  4. Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
