About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Care Specialist to join our team at MM Royalcare Marketing Services Inc.'. This full-time role is based in Taguig City Metro Manila, and will involve providing exceptional customer service support to our clients. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for addressing their queries and ensuring their satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer calls and responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Documenting and following up on customer interactions to ensure a seamless experience
- Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to processes and procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and implement solutions
What we're looking for
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively listen, empathize, and provide solutions to customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think quickly and make decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A positive, friendly, and customer-centric attitude, with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
