What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming customer calls and responding to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  2. Listening attentively to customer needs and providing tailored solutions to address their concerns
  3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on open issues
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback with the wider team
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  7. Participating in regular training to continuously enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solution-oriented mindset
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry
  6. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  7. A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to going above and beyond
