Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels
  • Set appointments and manage calendars using Google Calendar and Calendly
  • Manage and update CRM platforms (Hubspot, GoHighLevel, others)
  • Prepare marketing collaterals and one-page summaries with graphics from spreadsheets
  • Conduct market research and data analysis
  • Provide customer service and handle live customer conversations
  • Manage follow-up communications and document preparation
  • Support administrative tasks including file and email management
  • Utilize communication platforms such as Email, Whatsapp, and Text Messaging
  • Participate in virtual meetings via Zoom and Google Meet
  • Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Create graphics using Canva and Photoshop
  • Identify and implement process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, and CRM management
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Zoom, Calendly, GoHighLevel, and Hubspot
  • Strong skills in calendar and email management
  • Experience in customer service and live communication
  • Ability to convert spreadsheets into visually appealing one-page summaries
  • Skilled in market research, data analysis, and document preparation
  • Familiarity with social media management (LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of information technology and process improvement
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Open to learning and using new tools and applications as needed

  • Must be amenable to work at night

  • Must be comfortable working with timetrackers

  • Must have own working equipment (computer: atleast i5 and 8GB Ram, webcamera, and noise cancelling headset)
