Minimum Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business related course.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales. With at least 2 Years' Work experience as Lead-Sales, Preferably specialized metal fabrication, construction products or industrial materials.
  • Excellent in communication skills, Attention to detail, Analytical Thinking, Adaptability/Flexibility, Cooperation.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft & report generation.
  • Possessed established wide range of clients and can successfully generate Sales per month.
  • Willing to work in Brgy. Sto. Tomas, Binan, Laguna.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and Execute Sales and Markerting plans and programs to help grow the customer acquisition and ensure revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
  • Conduct market saturation and coordinate with the client for business development matters.
  • Receive Purchase Orders and Disseminate to the team.
  • Resolved customer issues, provide resolution and communicate escalated issues to General Manager / Top Management, if necessary.
  • Coordinate with Engineering /NPD Team for New Projects and work together with the team to meet customer requirements.
  • Check Quotation and do analysis for the profit percentage for New Project.
  • Check and Monitor New Project Status if the Set Target are met.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable Status and assist in house sales clerk for reconciliation for every concern.
  • Check and Monitor status P.O releases and delivery performance.
  • Monitor the set KPI by management if met and establish actions for missed target.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by General Manager.

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
