Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Marketing and Customer Care Assistant to join our growing team. This role provides vital support in data gathering, coordination, and research to ensure smooth execution of marketing and customer care initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to contribute to impactful campaigns that strengthen customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize data for in-house promotions across head office and branch operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support the effective implementation of marketing and customer care programs.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, campaign performance, and sales data from branches, social media, and customer care channels.
  • Conduct market research to monitor industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing concepts, customer engagement, and data handling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with social media and basic analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Good communication and analytical thinking skills.
