WFM Data Analyst

Location: Onsite

Shift: Night Shift

About the Role:

We are looking for a Workforce Management (WFM) Data Analyst to support client engagements through data collection, validation, and analysis. This is an onsite, night shift role for candidates who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, validate, and analyze workforce and performance data.
  • Prepare data for forecasting, capacity planning, and reporting.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and project leads to identify process improvements.
  • Conduct trend analysis and document data sources for consistency.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis during client presentations.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in data analytics or reporting (preferably in contact center/WFM).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets (must-have).
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of WFM principles and KPIs (volume, AHT, SL, occupancy).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php70,000.00 per month
