Position Overview

The E-Commerce Data & Finance Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing e-commerce sales data while ensuring financial accuracy. This role requires someone detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of reconciling platform sales with actual bank disbursements. The ideal candidate will help optimize operations, track performance, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Reporting

  • Pull and compile sales, returns, cancellations, and other relevant data from e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Monitor KPIs such as sales trends, top-performing products, customer behavior, and campaign performance
  • Summarize insights in a clear, actionable, and informative way for management
  • Provide recommendations based on data to improve sales, inventory, and marketing strategies

Finance & Reconciliation

  • Reconcile e-commerce platform disbursements with actual bank account deposits
  • Track and verify platform fees, commissions, vouchers, and penalties
  • Identify discrepancies and report any inconsistencies for resolution
  • Prepare accurate finance reports for internal management and accounting purposes
  • Monitor receivables, refunds, and outstanding payments

Operational Support

  • Assist in maintaining and updating product data, listings, and inventory records
  • Coordinate with the admin, marketing, and warehouse teams for accurate reporting and operational alignment
  • Support process improvements to streamline reporting, reconciliation, and analytics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, finance reconciliation, or data analysis
  • Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and basic analytics tools (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and highly accurate with numbers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to summarize complex data into clear, actionable reports
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision

Work Setup

  • Location: Pasig City
  • Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm, hybrid set-up
  • Reports to: Owner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
