Basic Function

Responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving business systems and processes by identifying requirements, recommending solutions, and supporting system development and implementation to ensure efficient and effective business operations.

Essential Functions

  • Conduct business process reviews and requirements gathering with stakeholders
  • Analyze system workflows, data needs, and integration points
  • Prepare functional specifications, system documentation, and process maps
  • Coordinate with developers, IT teams, and vendors to implement system enhancements
  • Perform system testing, quality checks, and user acceptance support
  • Troubleshoot system issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Assist in system configuration, data analysis, and reporting requirements
  • Provide user training and support for new systems and enhancements
  • Monitor system performance and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards, data security, and company policies

Qualifications & CompetenciesEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or similar role
  • Experience in documentation of business requirements and process mapping
  • Familiarity with SDLC / Agile methodologies

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in requirements documentation and process modeling tools
  • Knowledge of databases, SQL, and system integration concepts
  • Understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of software testing and QA practices
