Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Process Analyst with deep expertise in Workday modules and a passion for optimizing HR processes. In this role, you will analyze, streamline, and document Workday workflows to support our organization's digital HR transformation. The ideal candidate will excel at process mapping, workflow design, and creating clear, actionable documentation to enhance system efficiency and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing Workday processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed process maps and workflows for Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting).
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday enhancements in alignment with business needs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring clarity and compliance.
  • Monitor Workday performance, assess workflow effectiveness, and propose refinements.
  • Assist in Workday updates, patches, and regression testing to ensure seamless system functionality.
  • Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions to maximize adoption and proficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on Workday experience (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, or related modules).
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Strong documentation skills (SOPs, workflow diagrams, user guides).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
