Workday Integration Consultant
About the Role

We are seeking a Workday Integration Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, problem-solver who can handle complex HRIS configurations and data with discretion. This role requires a strong understanding of Workday's integration tools and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations, with a focus on Workday Studio and payroll interface templates.
  • Configure and optimize Workday business processes to meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with HR, IT, and Finance teams.
  • Understand and support complex HRIS configurations.
  • Proactively identify potential risks or delays and communicate them to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Workday updates, new features, and best practices.
  • Handle sensitive HR data with the utmost discretion, ensuring adherence to data privacy and security standards.
  • Actively listen to and gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders, translating them into technical solutions.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Workday Integration Consultant or in a similar role.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio.

  • Experience with payroll interface templates.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday business process configuration.
  • Experience with Workday Extend is preferred.
