Admin and Purchasing Support

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin and Purchasing Support. The role involves managing administrative tasks, monitoring inventory, supporting purchasing activities, and ensuring smooth communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly on-site inventory counting and track daily chemical consumption to ensure accuracy against recorded data, including in-house usage.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, typing, binding, scanning, printing, and transcribing minutes of meetings.
- Disseminate meeting information to employees not present during discussions.
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and assist visitors.
- Organize and manage appointments efficiently.
- Develop and maintain a well-organized filing system.
- Maintain professional communication via phone and email.
- Monitor and maintain office and supplies inventory; anticipate needs and expedite orders.
- Conduct market research and purchase materials as required.
- Renew government-related permits and licenses as needed.
- Register company vehicles and monitor their renewal schedules.
- Monitor the Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) of vehicles.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management or Top Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any 4-year college course, preferably in Business Management, Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred; high-performing fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible.
