Key Responsibilities
Errands and Deliveries: Pick up and deliver mail, documents, packages, and other items to clients, vendors, other company locations, banks, and government offices.
Purchasing: Purchase necessary office supplies, equipment, and groceries as directed by the purchasing or admin team.
Financial Transactions: Handle bill payments and conduct various bank transactions for the company.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs, official receipts, and other documentation for all tasks performed.
Administrative Support: Assist the purchasing and administrative departments with general office tasks, such as filing documents, organizing paperwork, and assisting with inventory management.
Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between the office and external entities, such as banks and government offices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal staff and external contacts.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized records.
Trustworthiness: A reliable and punctual individual to handle important documents and financial transactions.
Driving Skills: A valid driver's license and familiarity with local routes and traffic conditions are often required for efficient deliveries.
Knowledge of Local Area: Knowledge of Metro Manila routes and traffic conditions is often a plus.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for extended periods.
