
Account Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new sales prospects through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Sales Calls: Conduct sales calls and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of products or services.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- CRM Management: Continuously update and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) database to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms as necessary.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product features and benefits to clients.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: Php15, Php17,500.00 per month
