About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join the team at Fleximetal Inc. in Davao City. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships in the local market.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and prospecting new leads through research, networking, and cold-calling
  • Arranging and conducting sales meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our product offerings
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
  • Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline management
  • Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the metals or construction industry
  • Proven track record of successful sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
