Job Purpose:

Channel execution role is responsible for ensuring that the Channel Picture of Success (PICOS) are carried-out accordingly. This role also ensures that all regional initiatives to be implemented are aligned on the channel strategy and success standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads in the deployment and field execution in the assigned channels and territory. Use market trends, channel dynamics, and shopper insights to develop regional strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the development of an end-to-end process from strategic channel growth to executing a category and regional trade marketing plan.
  • Develop local cycle drives and priorities for the channel. Support the Sales team in developing the category-selling story.
  • Drive regions to execute local operational plans. Monitor execution of targets for assigned channels. Conduct post-assessment to fuel growth.
  • Support sales team with account planning and cross-functional coordination.
  • Collaborate with local Sales Team and Marketing on NPD launch plans, ensuring effective market introduction and alignment with category and sales strategies.
  • Manage regional budget for the channel effectively while complying with Cost-to-Sales. Prioritize key shopper marketing activities, improve promotional strategies, and approve regional claims. Ensure timely liquidation of channel programs.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with the regional sales team, regional distributor partners and internal teams.
  • Supervise the channel programs' daily reports generated for the regional sales and operations team. Analyze performance, provide improvement recommendations, and lead MBD cycle meetings to review field execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course
  • At least 1 year experience in trade sales/channel marketing or related roles
  • Willingness to travel and conduct field work
