JOB SUMMARY
The Building Administrator shall be responsible for the proper turn-over of units to buyers, acceptance of quality units, and other related property structures from Construction Management. Ensures that the unit/lot owners are properly oriented, assisted, and provided with all the necessary services due to turnover of units and makes the move-in experience to the new unit and community convenient and comfortable.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee and monitor the unit acceptance inspection and turnover process from the Construction Team to the Property Management Office (PMO).
- Supervise the facilitation of unit turnover to homeowners and conduct Homeowners' orientation and monitoring of signed documentation and the collection of fees.
- Expedite and monitor immediate resolution of unit complaints under warranty.
- Ensure that all units accepted are available with electrical power and water connection. Monitor and collect the proper fees on all units with temporary electrical tapping and water meter connection.
- Guide the Unit improvement orientation facilitator and review submitted documentation of unit/lot improvement for approval.
- Monitor the preparation of the unit for turnover to homeowners.
- Conducts Homeowner Association meetings and organization for the registration and turnover of the HOA.
- Prepares the property for its turnover to the Local Government.
- Oversee the security, safety, and upkeep of the property
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of any business or engineering course preferably (Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering) with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Property Management field.
- Excellent customer service orientation and good communication skills
- Should be knowledgeable in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willing to be assigned in Biñan and Sta. Rosa Laguna
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
