GRUPO PMCDC is a Company focusing on project management, execution and design in construction of a building. In a fast paced construction industry, we are looking for an admin that is capable of supporting us in implementing rules and joining our systematic approach to all processes.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Administrator located in Calamba. The Office Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing office communications, handling scheduling and correspondence, maintaining office supplies and records, coordinating meetings and events, and assisting other team members as needed. The role also involves liaising with external partners and clients, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling and record-keeping
- Proficiency in office software and technology, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in project management and coordination is a plus
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
