About the Role:
Responsible for managing the administrative and compliance functions within the dealer development team, including monitoring budgets to ensure financial accuracy and controlling operational costs. Responsible in handling timely supplier and dealer payments to maintain partner satisfaction. Ensures proper documentation and archiving for compliance and traceability. Responsible for providing administrative support while coordinating cross-functionally to support smooth operations.
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information management, Business Administration or related field
• 1+ year experience in budget management, preferably in automotive or retail network operations
• Newly graduates can be considered.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial dashboards, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and variance analysis
• Familiar with ISO documentation practices or internal audit standards
• Knowledge of DMS/CRM platforms used in dealer operations is a plus
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
