Who are we looking for:

As a Building and Admin Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational management of Alfamart's facilities. You will ensure all buildings are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations, while also managing administrative support services to maintain operational excellence across all locations.

  • Oversee the maintenance and daily operations of all Alfamart facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
  • Lead and supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure efficient facility upkeep.
  • Design and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Ensure full compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Manage building security systems including access control, alarms, and surveillance.
  • Monitor utility usage and implement cost-saving initiatives across all facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify safety hazards, maintenance needs, and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, inspections, and operational reports.
  • Prepare and present reports on facility conditions, maintenance status, and budget performance to senior management.
  • Oversee janitorial services, pest control, and waste management to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Respond to facility emergencies and lead resolution efforts.
  • Train staff on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and facility best practices.
  • Support strategic planning and budgeting for facility operations and improvements.

What does it take to be part of the team?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in building administration, facilities management, or property management, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party service providers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, environmental standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in our Head Office at: CALAMBA, LAGUNA
