Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and trustworthy HR Generalist to handle key functions of Human Resources, focusing on payroll processing and employee relations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of HR experience and is capable of maintaining confidentiality while ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Administration:

  • Process and validate employee attendance, timekeeping, and overtime records
  • Compute payroll accurately and on time (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Ensure timely remittance of government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Maintain and update payroll records and employee compensation details
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly

Employee Relations:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, or workplace issues
  • Help mediate conflicts and escalate serious concerns to management
  • Assist in implementing company policies and disciplinary actions fairly and consistently
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to gather feedback
  • Promote a healthy and productive work environment through proactive HR support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll and employee relations
  • Familiar with labor laws and government compliance (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, DOLE, BIR)
  • Proficient in MS Excel and payroll systems/software
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently
