
HR Generalist

The HR Generalist plays a vital role in supporting the full spectrum of human resources functions within the organization. This position is responsible for executing HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, ensure legal compliance, and support business objectives. The HR Generalist serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, managing day-to-day operations, and contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Facilitate onboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, and training schedules.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Mediate conflicts and support resolution strategies.
- Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and exit interviews to gather insights and improve retention.
- HR Compliance & Policy Management
- Monitor changes in labor laws and update internal policies accordingly.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies across departments.
- Assist in internal audits and maintain compliance documentation.
- Handle applications and enrollment for government-mandated benefits, including SSS (Social Security System), PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund, and TIN registration with the BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue).
- Performance Management & Development
- Coordinate performance review cycles and assist managers with evaluation tools.
- Track employee goals and development plans.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Assist in salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.
- Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- HRIS & Data Management
- Generate reports on HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, and training completion.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance.
- Health, Safety & Well-being
- Support workplace safety initiatives and compliance with occupational health standards.
- Respond to incidents and assist in workplace investigations.
- Organizational Development
- Participate in succession planning and workforce planning initiatives.
- Support change management efforts during organizational transitions.
- Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs.
