Job Description

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the full range of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, training, compliance, and HR policy implementation. This role ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations and alignment of HR practices with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Prepare and process payroll in coordination with Finance.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HRIS.
  • Provide support in employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Implement company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in training and development initiatives.
  • Support organizational development and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide HR reports and analytics to management.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of HR experience (generalist or specialist roles).
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government compliance requirements.
  • Experience in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Can handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
