The HR Generalist is responsible for:

  1. Planning and executing AIM Employee Engagement events within the agreed timeline and scope.
  2. Supporting and coordinating Organizational Development (OD) programs to promote employee growth and institutional effectiveness.The HR Generalist is responsible for the following:

  4. Administering employee benefits, including both government-mandated and company-initiated programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  5. Overseeing timekeeping processes to ensure timely and accurate attendance and payroll-related records.
  6. Maintaining employee records, both digital and physical, in accordance with data privacy and record-keeping standards.
  7. Managing onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience and compliance with HR policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in all facets of HR such as but not limited to employee engagement, organizational development, compensation and benefits, timekeeping and employee records, and onboarding and offboarding processes. Prior experience in supervising projects, events, or people engagement initiatives is preferred.

  • Technical Competencies:

  • Knowledge of employee engagement frameworks and HR practices.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom).
  • Experience in using and managing HR Information Systems (HRIS) and HR-related tools.
  • Strong project planning, implementation, and monitoring skills.

  • Behavioral Competencies:

  • Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Demonstrates creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
