Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Sales and Revenue Generation:

    They actively seek new business opportunities with existing clients, including upselling, cross-selling, and identifying potential growth areas.

  • Communication and Coordination:

    They act as a bridge between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

  • Account Planning and Strategy:

    They develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue and growth for their assigned clients.

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:

    They monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports on account performance.
