Relationship Manager
to join our
FSI Sales Team
, focused on promoting our Credit Bureau solutions to financial institutions - from leading global brands to fast-growing startups. The Relationship Manager will lead the full sales cycle, helping organizations make better hiring and partnership decisions through the power of data. If you're passionate about B2B solution selling and excited to work at the intersection of finance, risk, and technology, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Achieve annual revenue targets for your assigned vertical or segment
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients
  • Conduct insightful discovery conversations and deliver tailored product presentations
  • Lead the entire sales process - from lead generation to closing deals
  • Become a product expert on CIBI's Credit Bureau and risk assessment solutions
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
  • Drive business development through research and proactive outreach

Job Specifications
:

  • Solid B2B sales experience; background in banking, lending, credit risk, or fraud prevention is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to sell solutions, not just products
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written
  • Creative and resourceful in lead generation and deal closing
  • Confident handling objections, asking the right questions, and owning the conversation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline
  • A strong sense of ownership and drive to exceed goals
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve
