About the Role

Eureka Electric Appliances Philippines Corp. is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, managing account collections, and achieving sales targets. This is a key role for someone passionate about sales, customer success, and business development.

What You'll Do

Account Planning and Strategy

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

Sales and Market Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue new accounts to expand our market presence.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Collections Management

  • Monitor accounts for timely payments, coordinate delivery receipts, and assist in collection follow-ups.

Team and Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the internal sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure the successful execution of account strategies and deliverables.

Reporting and Compliance

  • Submit weekly and monthly reports, including Sales & Activity Reports, Sales Forecasts, Pipeline Updates, Customer Profiles, Budget & Expense Reports, and Collection Status Reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and administrative requirements.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or account management (home appliances industry a plus)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused
  • Willing to travel as required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Personally credible and professional at all times
