  1. Sales and Client Acquisition - Generate leads and convert target schools into partner clients - Conduct strategic sales presentations and product demonstrations to School Leaders (President, Principal, VPAA, Coordinators, etc.) - Submit customized sales proposals and secure signed agreements

  2. Account Management - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing school partners - Ensure seamless onboarding, training coordination, and contract renewal - Address client issues and escalate concerns to relevant teams when needed

  3. Collaboration and Internal Coordination - Work closely with Program Managers and Product Support Specialists to ensure delivery of STEAM/Robotics Programs - Align with Finance, Marketing, and Academic teams for proposal, pricing, and support documents - Participate in Sales Planning, Kick-Offs, and regular performance reviews

  4. Strategic Territory Development - Understand the school landscape and competitive environment in your assigned region - Develop and execute territory-based action plans to meet and exceed targets - Identify opportunities for upselling (e.g., expanding to more grade levels or additional programs like SCI, SWR, or SRC)

  5. Reporting and Funnel Management - Maintain accurate and updated client records in the Sales Database system - Submit weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasting
