About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Video Designer/Editor to create engaging and impactful video content for our clients. This is a fully remote role where you will leverage both your creative skills and AI-powered tools to produce high-quality videos efficiently. You will work closely with the team to ensure content meets project goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform client and in-house briefs into visually engaging and effective videos.
  • Edit UGC-style content by combining AI tools with your creative expertise.
  • Independently conceptualize, write scripts, and edit videos with minimal supervision.
  • Deliver high-quality videos within tight deadlines, ensuring fast turnaround without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine concepts and maintain brand and project standards.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Proven experience in video design and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of video design and editing experience is required.
  • Expertise in all AI-powered tools, including Nano Banana, Eleven Labs, Midjourney, Runaway, Da Vinci, Adobe Premiere Pro AI, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, CutPro, and Capcut AI, is essential.
  • Skilled in video ideation, asset sourcing, animation design, and motion graphics production.
  • Familiarity with AI tools that enhance video production, such as Sora, Runway, Text-to-Speech, and others. Additional tool experience is a plus.
  • Quick to adapt to emerging technologies and trends in video design.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles and layout composition.
  • Open to learning new techniques while sharing knowledge to foster team collaboration.
