About the Role

We are looking for a multi-talented Junior Creative who can bring ideas to life through both visual design and video editing. You'll work closely with our marketing and product teams to craft visually engaging materials for web, social media, and brand campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who's hands on, detail oriented, and passionate about storytelling through both static and moving visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design-


•⁠ ⁠Create digital assets for social media, ads, presentations, and campaigns.


•⁠ ⁠Design layouts for web pages and landing pages in collaboration with developers.


•⁠ ⁠Assist in maintaining and evolving brand identity across all platforms.

Video Editing-


•⁠ ⁠Edit short form and long- orm videos for social media, marketing, and internal use.


•⁠ ⁠Add motion graphics, captions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.


•⁠ ⁠Repurpose content for multiple platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Creative Collaboration:


•⁠ ⁠Work with marketing, content, and product teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.


•⁠ ⁠Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.


•⁠ ⁠Stay up to-date with design and video trends to keep content fresh and engaging.

Requirements:


•⁠ ⁠Good handle of graphic design and video editing


•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.


•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with Figma, Canva or other web design tools.


•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of layout principles, typography, and color theory.


•⁠ ⁠Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for detail.


•⁠ ⁠Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.


•⁠ ⁠A creative mindset with a can do attitude and eagerness to learn.

Nice to Have Skills:


•⁠ ⁠Experience with motion graphics or animation.


•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with web design (HTML/CSS or Webflow / Framer).


•⁠ ⁠Interest in social media trends and content strategy.
