Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team and take ownership of visual content across multiple social media platforms. This role involves creating engaging graphics, editing short-form and long-form video content, and publishing materials that align with our brand voice and strategy.

The ideal candidate is passionate about design, skilled in storytelling through visuals, and experienced in driving engagement across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: Php

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: Part-time

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (UK time)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Design and edit engaging short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form YouTube videos
  • Create branded graphics, illustrations, and promotional images for social media campaigns
  • Publish and schedule content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in quality and messaging
  • Stay updated with design, video, and social media trends to enhance content performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign goals and brand identity
  • Optimize video and graphic assets for different platforms and formats
  • Monitor content performance and suggest improvements for engagement and reach

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation, graphic design, and video editing
  • Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) and their content best practices
  • Proven experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and YouTube video editing
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail, branding, and storytelling
  • Experience with content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) is a plus
