Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist / Executive / Analyst Industry: Offshoring & Outsourcing Location: Makati Onsite Experience: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time – Nezda Global

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies targeting decision-makers across global markets.
  • Use LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM tools, web research, and other outbound techniques to generate high-quality leads.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their outsourcing/offshoring needs
  • Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accurate tracking in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align lead qualification criteria and improve conversion rates.
  • Set up introductory calls, demos, and meetings for the business development team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation within the offshoring, outsourcing industry.
  • Strong understanding of outbound lead generation tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, automation tools).
  • Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.
  • Ability to build prospect lists, write effective outreach messages, and track engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Willing to start on January 2026
