The Account Officer is in charge of the Primer brand store's day to day operations to improve overall store performance
and key metrics.
The Account Officer plays a critical role in internal or cross functional coordination. The role is in charge of establishing
good working relationships so the projects and strategies are executed seamlessly and in a timely manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
Supports the execution of key brand and campaign initiatives and ensures all deliverables are complete and
tracked to ensure on time completion.
● Responsible for day to day operational support on sales, platform and project management.
● Provides administrative support in the execution of digital strategies to achieve overall business objectives
● Implement plans and ensure seamless execution, completeness and timeliness. Review and monitor daily
performance against targets.
● Work closely with the clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of documents,
templates, feeds, reports or updates needed for the completion of the project
● Increase account growth by making the most of campaign involvement and making sure that the campaigns are
executed strategically and on time.
● Maintain basic knowledge of customer behavior and other metrics to determine Monitor day to day operations
and report any store issues immediately to avoid unnecessary complaints
● Perform analysis to identify account problems, make suggestions, and carry out as needed
● Create a good working relationship between cross functional departments and internal teams.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 year of relevant work experience with at least 1 year of
e-commerce or digital/online activities or has a good background
experience in digital/online activities
● Highly Trainable, Organized and Systematic.
● Experience on handling Key Accounts is an advantage
● Good communication, analytical, and negotiation skills w/ leadership
potential.
● Open to working on-site in Manila, Monday to Friday
