
Billing Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep Customer information, update customer records with issued invoices, new payments, collating and filing documents, etc.
- Create and issue invoices to customers.
- Process debit/credit memos.
- Answer customer queries.
- Assist the Accounting Department with the preparation of financial reports.
- Ensure compliance to HSEQ and corporate policies including exercise duty of care.
- Take responsibility of our health and safety and that of others.
- Use work items provided by the company, including personal protective equipment in accordance with company polices and best practices.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor or department head.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- With a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or in any business related course.
- With at least 1 year of similar accounting experience preferably in a shipping/ logistics maritime sector, but not required.
- With working experience as Billing Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS and accounting application skills
- Knowledgeable in Accounting / Finance/ relevant legal regulations /Shipping/ Logistics
- With ability to work independently with initiative, strong organizational and time-management, keen attention to details and collaborative.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
