JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keep Customer information, update customer records with issued invoices, new payments, collating and filing documents, etc.
  • Create and issue invoices to customers.
  • Process debit/credit memos.
  • Answer customer queries.
  • Assist the Accounting Department with the preparation of financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance to HSEQ and corporate policies including exercise duty of care.
  • Take responsibility of our health and safety and that of others.
  • Use work items provided by the company, including personal protective equipment in accordance with company polices and best practices.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor or department head.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • With a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or in any business related course.
  • With at least 1 year of similar accounting experience preferably in a shipping/ logistics maritime sector, but not required.
  • With working experience as Billing Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS and accounting application skills
  • Knowledgeable in Accounting / Finance/ relevant legal regulations /Shipping/ Logistics
  • With ability to work independently with initiative, strong organizational and time-management, keen attention to details and collaborative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
