Job Summary

The Assistant Manager will oversee end-to-end coordination and oversight of minor repair activities across assigned projects. This includes planning and monitoring repair schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring all activities are completed within established turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and monitor the repair schedule of units with minor concerns under the PMD-Quick Response Team coverage.
  2. Coordinate with PMD-Post Turnover Support, suppliers, and maintenance personnel for timely mobilization and execution of repair works.
  3. Track repair progress to ensure completion within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
  4. Provide regular status updates and progress reports to Management and other relevant teams.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company guidelines during all repair activities.
  6. Review and validate supplier billings and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to submission.
  7. Coordinate with concerned teams for the timely processing and tracking of payment milestones related to supplier and manpower services.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.
  2. At least 3–5 years of experience in construction, property maintenance, or facilities management.
  3. Experience in contractor billing and payment coordination is an advantage.
  4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  5. Proficient in scheduling tools and MS Office applications.
