Project Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee and monitor the preparation, implementation, and completion of various work stages related to assigned projects. This includes ensuring that review and revisions of plans, designs, and specifications are conducted by the design review group from design development (DD) up to for construction drawings (FCD).

A key responsibility of this role is to identify and secure applicable permits, clearances, and certifications during project construction and post-construction stages, coordinating with regulatory compliance section, QAD & GPMC, to ensure all are valid.

This position also involves facilitating pre-bid meetings, clarificatory meetings, submissions, and the opening of project work bid packages, including recommendations for awarding projects.

The successful candidate will prepare, review, and evaluate contract agreements, letters of awards (LOA), and notices to proceed (NTP), including necessary annexes. They will also submit timely weekly and monthly reports, including percent of completion (POC) certifications for accounting, and address issues proactively.

  • Oversees and monitors project billings, ensuring compliance with SAP procedures, and facilitates procurement and CRM requirements.
  • Manages the implementation and completion of punch list items and the timely turnover of condo units and other areas.
  • Implements project activities aligned with key result areas (KRAs), participating in regular reviews and evaluations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of project objectives.
