JOB FUNCTIONS:

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive patient acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across all dental clinics. This role combines business development, brand management, and promotional activities to strengthen the company's market presence and achieve commercial objectives.

JOB OBJECTIVES, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate accounts.
  • Manage the sales team and ensure performance targets are met.
  • Monitor patient volume, sales pipelines, and conversion rates.
  • Negotiate contracts, packages, and corporate dental service agreements.

Marketing

  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, offline) to promote services.
  • Manage the company's brand image and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Coordinate with the operations and clinical teams to design promotional packages.
  • Plan and oversee events, sponsorships, and community engagement activities.
  • Conduct market research to track competitor activities and identify trends.

General Management

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, marketing budgets, and periodic performance reports.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, media, and industry partners.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferred but not required experience in healthcare or dental services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and running successful campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
