Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Manager will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand visibility across the company's properties and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  2. Identify and target new clients, including corporate accounts, leisure, airline, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and event planners.

  3. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize occupancy, bookings, and restaurant revenues.
  4. Negotiate proposals, contracts, packages, and rates to optimize profitability.
  5. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales quotas.
  6. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  7. Client Relationship Management

  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  9. Provide after-sales service, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  10. Handle client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  11. Personalize engagements by tracking client milestones (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries, company events).

  12. Membership Program Management

  13. Develop, launch, and manage membership and loyalty programs to drive repeat business.

  14. Create exclusive offers, rewards, and benefits that enhance client engagement and retention.
  15. Monitor membership performance metrics and implement improvements.

  16. Digital Branding & PR Engagement

  17. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, outdoor, and partnership platforms.

  18. Strengthen brand identity through consistent messaging, visuals, and guest communications.
  19. Plan and manage campaigns for advertising, promotions, and sponsorships.
  20. Build relationships with media, influencers, tourism boards, and other stakeholders.
  21. Manage online and social media presence to maximize reach and engagement.

  22. Strategy & Business Planning

  23. Track and analyze campaign and sales performance, presenting regular updates to management for business strategy planning.

  24. Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and consumer insights to recommend growth strategies.
  25. Align sales and marketing plans with organizational goals for long-term profitability.
  26. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, itineraries, and expense summaries.
  27. Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate tracking of leads, accounts, and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years relevant accounting/finance experience in a F&B/restaurant industry advantage.
  • Proven track record in sales generation, event space bookings, membership programs, and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong background in business strategy planning and market analysis.
  • Strong network in corporate accounts, events, and MICE industries is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, CRM systems, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Adaptable, innovative, and able to respond quickly to market changes.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of leading a team while working independently.
  • Willing to travel as required.
