Requirements
Education
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, Tourism, Business Studies or Sales/Administration/Marketing/Management or any related field.
Work experience
- Over 2 years of managerial-level experience in the hospitality/tourism industry, with a strong focus on sales and marketing functions within hotel operations.
Key Competencies and Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Korea's corporate and leisure travel markets, including trends and client behavior.
- Experienced in developing targeted campaigns and customized packages to meet the needs of diverse customer bases.
- Successful in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and securing key accounts through targeted campaigns and strategic partnerships.
- Skilled in developing and executing sales strategies aligned with brand and financial objectives.
- Proficient in English. Multilingual is a plus. Strong skills in reading, speaking, and writing.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), facilitating efficient data management, reporting, and presentation preparation.
