Job Summary:

The HR and Admin Officer is responsible for managing various human resources functions and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the organization. This role includes employee lifecycle management, compliance with HR policies, and overseeing administrative operations to support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain an updated talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Employee Relations
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Promote a positive work environment by fostering communication and collaboration.
  • Training and Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs for employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • HR Compliance and Records
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee records and HR databases.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and HR policies.
  • Performance Management
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide assistance in developing Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a functional workplace.
  • Manage correspondence, reports, and document archiving.
  • Policy Implementation
  • Assist in drafting, implementing, and monitoring company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure consistent communication and adherence to policies across all departments.
  • Coordination and Scheduling
  • Organize company meetings, events, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers when necessary.
  • Budget Management
  • Monitor and control administrative expenses within the allocated budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience in HR and Administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
