Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our team. The ideal candidate is someone who can multitask, communicate effectively, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
● Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.
● Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office documents.
● Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
● Provide support to various departments as needed (HR, Accounting, Operations).
● Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment.
● Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
● Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Good verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
