Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Solutions Manager with
solid telecom industry experience
. The ideal candidate will not only craft and deliver competitive solutions but also build and manage strong client relationships with telecom operators. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ideal for a passionate, ambitious professional ready to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present customized telecom solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Manage and grow client relationships, especially with local operators (PLDT, Globe, Converge, etc.).
  • Support sales cycle activities including proposal writing, solution design, and presentations.
  • Operate and drive strategic projects, aligning internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver business-style PowerPoint presentations to executive-level clients.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth solution implementation.
  • Adapt to international travel when required to support business needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecom industry,
    with a strong background in sales and marketing.
  • Proven experience in telecom operator sales
    , account management, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of solution design and proposal writing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    , capable of engaging with C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, with the ability to deliver professional-grade business presentations.
  • Familiarity with local operator client relationships will be a strong advantage.
  • Energetic, and passionate about building a long-term career in telecom business development.
