Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of sales plans focused on IT staff augmentation and consulting services.
- Source, engage, and close new business opportunities across banking, financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors.
- Maintain a robust sales funnel, ensuring consistent client acquisition with a minimum of two new accounts each month.
- Achieve and surpass revenue goals and growth targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Formulate competitive pricing structures and commercial proposals for staffing and workforce solutions.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and decision-makers to strengthen business partnerships and expand market reach.
- Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of market dynamics, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 4–7 years of experience in business development, with the majority focused on IT staff augmentation or workforce solutions.
- Currently holding a similar position within the IT staffing or consulting industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing enterprise accounts and closing deals in BFSI, telco, and technology industries.
- Strong understanding of IT consulting, resourcing models, and managed services.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
