The
Associate for Career Support

is responsible for assisting job seekers in finding suitable employment opportunities while supporting employers in their hiring needs. The role focuses on maximizing interview scheduling and successful job placements through proactive talent acquisition and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Seeker Support

  • Review and assess resumes to identify strengths and improvement areas.
  • Match candidates with suitable job openings based on skills and requirements.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to enhance job seekers' resumes and profiles.
  • Communicate employer expectations clearly to prepare candidates for interviews.

Employer Support

  • Coordinate interviews and manage logistics between employers and job seekers.
  • Partner with employers to streamline communication and candidate follow-ups.
  • Maintain a steady pool of qualified candidates to meet hiring goals
  • Refine sourcing and matching strategies based on feedback and results.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in
    US Talent Acquisition, RPO, or staffing

- Comfortable engaging with hiring managers and executives.
- Strong multitasking and systems-handling skills.
- Excellent
business English

and
phone communication

skills.

Preferred:

  • Over 2 years in
    healthcare recruiting

- Skilled in
offer negotiations

Work Details

  • Location:

100% on-site, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
- Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 11 PM–8 AM PHT (with breaks; subject to DST adjustments).
- Days Off:

US weekends.
- Compensation:
