About the role

As a Sourcing Associate (Volume Hiring) at Alldigi Tech Manila, Inc., you will play a vital role in our recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. This position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila and will involve sourcing and identifying top-quality candidates to fill a variety of roles across our organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively source, screen and assess candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks and employee referrals
  • Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent to meet the evolving hiring needs of the business
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and identify the best-suited candidates
  • Manage and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases

What we're looking for

  • Preferably with experience in a high-volume sourcing or recruitment role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with candidates
  • Proactive and driven mindset, with a passion for finding top talent
