About the role

Polystar General Services Inc. is seeking a diligent and organised Document Controller to join our team in our Taguig City office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing all company documents and records to ensure efficient and compliant document control processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Implementing and maintaining document control procedures and systems
  2. Cataloguing, indexing, filing and retrieving documents and records
  3. Monitoring document statuses and ensuring compliance with document control policies
  4. Coordinating with departments to collect, review and distribute documents
  5. Identifying and resolving document control issues and discrepancies
  6. Providing comprehensive document control reporting and metrics
  7. Assisting with the implementation of document control software and tools

What we're looking for

  1. Strong experience in document control and records management, ideally within a corporate or administrative setting
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
  3. Proficient in using document control software and Microsoft Office suite
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
  6. Relevant qualifications in office administration, records management or a related field
