We're looking for detail-oriented and analytical Account Control Officers to support account management and operational processes within a financial environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled in handling multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle account management tasks including onboarding/offboarding, assignment management, access provisioning, and background checks
  • Manage billing requests and invoicing activities with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain documentation and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related course (Finance or Accounting background preferred)

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in account management, billing, or related functions

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills

  • Able to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure

  • Amenable to a hybrid setup in Taguig and graveyard schedule
